Refresh Community Forum Update

I'm pleased to announce that today the Refresh Community Forum has received a pretty significant upgrade. You may have already noticed, the Refresh Community Forum is now using vBulletin. If you're not familiar with this platform take a look around, there is a ton of new stuff compared to our old forum software.

Current Users - Accessing Your Account
All user accounts (and posts) from the old system have been saved. If you previously registered for the Refresh Community Forum and would like to login to your account the process is as follows:

1. Click here and enter your email address.
2. Click the link in the email you receive to confirm your address, a new password will be sent to you.
3. Use the new password to login and Click here to edit your profile.
4. Click "Edit Email & Password" and change your password to whatever you like. You will use your username & new password to login next time you visit.

New Users
If you have not yet registered for the Refresh Community Forums you can click here to register.

RSS Feed Link Changed
The News & Announcements RSS Feed link has changed. Please use the new link below (in the footer of the site) and update your readers to the new link. The old link simply announces the move and redirects to the forum homepage.

A Work In Progress
As we transition to this new platform there may be some bumps, please send me a Private Message (we have PMs now!) or email if you have any problems.

As you probably noticed the forums have changed again. The move to vBulletin 3.8.4 was only the first step of our planned upgrade and now that version 4.0.0 has been released the Refresh Community Forum is fully upgraded. This version is the reason we chose to switch to the vBulletin platform and I hope you enjoy working with as much as I have the last couple weeks.

Version 4 includes several big new features, including the ability to maintain blogs. For details about how Refresh will be utilizing these features for better communication please click here for more information.

Just a quick update to let everyone know that the minor service hiccup this morning was my fault, I upgraded the forums and needed to adjust some of the layout settings to accommodate for the changes. Everything should be in working order now, so if you have any problems please let me know.

I'll be staying diligent with upgrades as they come out so we will likely have a few more over the coming weeks (vBulletin has already announced 4.0.2 will be out in 2-3 weeks). Upgrades are fairly quick, but the layouts do get wonky when upgrading, so I apologize in advance for any inconvenience.

We changed gears for this one and upgraded mid-week. *cue dramatic music*

I'm going to stop announcing what to do if you run into trouble, at this point I think it's obvious.

** Update **
I just fixed a small layout issue where the "Post New Thread" button was 2/3 covered in the bottom of the forum thread list. If you "hard refresh" it should be resolved.
