Refresh Web Development offers direct developer access and professional support for all our products.

Priority Member's Support

Members with active licenses are given access to priority support. Priority support is available via the member account menu when logged into the members area.

Support Term

Each license purchase comes with one (1) year of upgrades & priority support. To receive access to upgrades & priority support after the first year a renewal license is available for $49 USD. Renewal Licenses offer one (1) additional year of upgrades & priority support.

Your ability to use licensed Refresh software never expires, renewal licenses are for access to upgrades & priority support only.

Community Support Forums

All members are welcome to access the Community Support Forum where they can discuss questions & support topics with other users. There is no limit, in duration or frequency, with which members can access the community support forum.

While Refresh makes every effort to respond to community forum support threads they are addressed only after priority support tickets are resolved and response time varies by workload.
