We provide professional support for all our products and services directly. We don't outsource.
Priority Support Subscription
Priority support is available within the Refresh Members Site. Priority support tickets are sent directly to the Refresh team allowing users to communicate directly with Refresh staff to receive firsthand assistance with any problems or questions they may have regarding their Refresh Software.
Support Term & Fees
Each Refresh Software license purchase includes a one (1) year subscription at no additional cost. Subscriptions can be renewed within 90 days of expiration, or after expiration, and renewal fees vary depending on subscription status at time of renewal.
- Active Subscription Renewal: $49 USD
- Expired Subscription Renewal: $99 USD
Refresh Software Licenses do not expire, only Upgrades & Support subscriptions require renewal.
Community Forums
All users, regardless of subscription status, are welcome to access the community forum and discuss questions, support issues or any other Refresh, Helios or Selene related topics with the Refresh team and other community members. There is no limit, in duration or frequency, placed on access to the community forum and everyone is welcomed to join.
While Refresh makes every effort to respond to community forum support threads within a reasonable time frame they are addressed after priority support tickets and response time varies by workload.
